Shipping
Many of the furniture items on our website are drop shipped from the manufacturer and average between 4 and 6 weeks for delivery. Non-furniture items are generally in-stock and are normally delivered within 7-10 business days. Please email us at lifestyles@wtrails.com for questions related to product availability and delivery times. In order to provide you with the lowest possible price on shipping and best possible service we negotiate each delivery charge with the freight company when the order is made. Your credit card will not be charged until we contact you to discuss final delivery charges.
Standard delivery for furniture is by freight carrier. The freight company will contact you several days before the item is to arrive to arrange a time and place for delivery. They will deliver the item to you but in most cases no set up is available. Be sure to inspect each item carefully before signing for the delivery as once signed, any damage by the carrier will be your responsibility. For some items, we offer a “White Glove” delivery option. Our professional staff will personally place each item in your home and arrange them according to your specific needs. Refund Policy We pride ourselves on serving the customer and will make every effort to meet their expectations.
Damaged item - We are happy to replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.
Not satisfied - If for any reason you are not satisfied with our merchandise, we will be glad refund your money excluding all shipping and insurance charges. Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received. Buyer must return items are their cost by insured carriers and insure all items for 100% of their original purchase price. A return authorization code must be obtained from us and included with every order or shipment will be refused. All items must be well packed to protect against breakage before returning merchandise. Please contact us before shipping for proper addresses and packing requirements. We are unable to accept returns on many items such as beddings, blankets, and throws if they were ever taken out of their original package.
Canceled Orders A 3% fee may be charged for any canceled order to help offset the costs of credit card processing fees and various bank charges.
